No need to worry, hemp oil has any psychotropic effects, its consumption will not affect your mind. But it is possible that your body will be intoxicated after a substantial dose of essential acids, vitamins and minerals.

Hemp oil happens to be obtained by pressing seeds of plants of the genus Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) with a low THC content. These are called technical hemp. Just for interest, THC is found only in the green parts of the plant not in the seeds. In theory, you should get the same “harmless” oil from any cannabis seed. And up to 350 liters of oil from a ton of seeds.

Natural, cold-pressed hemp oil is dark to light green. It has a pleasant hazel aroma and taste. Refined oil, which is obtained at high temperatures, is clear, has a low odor and taste, and above all it lacks natural vitamins and antioxidants, to which unrefined oil is so rich. Let’s take a closer look at the natural one. When you have read all of its merits, you will have only the dilemma: Eat or brush your skin? Great for both. You need to choose the best cannabis oil  for this task.

Nutrients in hemp oil

Unrefined hemp oil contains approximately 80% of essential fatty acids, mainly omega 3 as well as omega 6 fatty acids. These acids are contained in cannabis oil in an optimal 3: 1- ratio and are essential for the proper functioning of the metabolism and immune system.

As for vitamins, hemp oil is mainly rich in vitamins A, D, E. Vitamin E is an important antioxidant to protect cell membranes from free radical damage. It also contains a substance called cannabidiol , which has anti-inflammatory and anti-seizure effects.

The oil also contains minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Their long-term deficiency in the body leads to the emergence of a variety of civilization diseases, including digestive disorders, heart and vascular diseases, reduced immunity, allergies and eczema. Cannabis oil also contains the rare globulin protein edestin, which is very similar to globulin in human plasma. It is also said that cannabis oil can destroy cancer-causing cells, help treat diabetes, arteriosclerosis, epilepsy and asthma.

All ointments lubricated acids

Omega fatty acids benefit the brain, cortex, skin, sperm and retina. DHA (DocosaHexaenoic Acid) is required for organ development, so the use of cannabis oil is recommended for future mothers. Its consumption during pregnancy allegedly contributes to the proper development of the child’s brain and eyes.

Hemp oil also is used in the treatment of inflammation, skin and autoimmune diseases. It contains one of the highest concentrations of fatty acids, which are vital for the body because it cannot make them by itself. They are an important part of cell membranes and help in regulating blood pressure. Oil helps mainly in acne, atopic eczema and psoriasis. It improves the condition of the skin, soothes slight itching or burning. It also greatly soothes burned skin and helps with wound healing.

It is hypoallergenic, so it is also suitable for sensitive and eczematic skin or delicate skin of children.

In cosmetics it helps to slow down the aging processes of the skin, moisturizes the skin, softens and reduces wrinkles. Gives hair shine and nails its hardness. In massage emulsions and gels it relaxes stiff joints and muscles and helps with cramps.

Prefer to swallow?

It is easy to digest, does not contain any allergens and thanks to its pleasant nutty taste it can be used in the kitchen as a flavoring. You can add the oil to the dough to give it its nutty flavor. But be careful not to heat above 180 ° C, because then loses all its health benefits.

Or you can eat it as a dietary supplement 1 to 2 tablespoons per day are recommended. When used internally, the oil has an antibacterial, regenerative and slows down the aging process.
