Leads to heart disease
Excessive accumulation of fat in the body leads to narrowing of the blood vessels as some of the cholesterol in fats is deposited around the blood vessels. This may narrow the size of the veins forcing the blood to travel under pressure of even making the blood in arteries to be more intense beyond the required pressure. This makes te heart not to function properly and is the ultimate base of a number of heart diseases. Heart disease is the medical term that is used to describe complications of the heart especially due to high fat deposition. Leads to high chances of living with high blood pressure
Having more fat tissue I the body requires some oxygen and more nutrients in order to live. Thus there is a need for more circulation of blood to the fat tissue from the blood vessels. Hence this therefore leads to increase in the workload of the heart since it has to pump more blood through other additional blood vessels. This creates an art of more circulating blood means more pressure on the artery walls. And the more the pressure on artery walls the higher increase in the blood pressure. Also extra weight raises the heart rate and hence reducing the body’s ability to transport blood through the vessels.
